The Quality Manager – Automotive Manufacturing is an onsite, full-time position in West Point, GA. Compensation is $110,000–$115,000 annually. The manager leads plant quality systems and initiatives to ensure products and processes meet customer, internal, and industry requirements. The role uses quality data, corrective actions, and collaboration with manufacturing teams to resolve issues and support customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead plant quality processes and systems
• monitor quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions
• partner with manufacturing teams to resolve product, material, tooling, and process issues
• coordinate customer complaints and corrective action requests
• support IATF 16949 activities and customer VDA audits
• manage department budget, resources, KPIs, and quality costs
• lead and develop quality team members.
