What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• support independent living routines and community participation
• provide transportation as required
• follow individual and behavior support plans
• monitor health and safety, administer medication when trained and authorized, and complete documentation.
