What you'll do

• Provide patient supervision and support
• maintain program structure and boundaries
• complete observation rounds and safety checks as ordered
• support de-escalation and coping skills per treatment plans
• conduct room and luggage searches
• provide bathroom monitoring
• participate in group facilitation and documentation
• support meals and snacks, including allergy-safety procedures
• complete shift documentation
• provide transportation as needed for appointments or facility needs.

Why this role

Night shift is 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., with three 12-hour shifts and a set schedule of Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Sunday, Monday, Wednesday. One on-call shift per month begins after 90 days.
