Patient Representative — Crystal Lake and Barrington

The Patient Representative role is onsite at two pediatric practice locations: Crystal Lake, IL, and Barrington, IL. Compensation is $15–$25.17 per hour. Pediatric Associates of Barrington provides personalized pediatric care for children from newborn visits through young adulthood. The representative serves as a first point of contact and helps coordinate a smooth patient visit through scheduling, check-in and check-out, payment processing, and medical-record handling. The role supports the practice team’s delivery of organized, welcoming pediatric care across both locations.

What you'll do

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify patient information
• complete check-in, check-out, and end-of-day processing
• enter charges and collect and post payments
• collect patient balances
• copy, scan, and process requests for medical records
• perform digital health workflows and referral authorizations
• perform other duties as assigned.
