Reports to: Operations Director. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Provides assessments and mental health counseling to individuals, couples, families, children, and groups in a residential setting. Schedule clients face-to-face for counseling on a weekly basis and document each session with 72 hours in our electronic health record.
