What you'll do

• Follow resident service plans and scope of practice
• respond to resident needs and community alarms
• assist with grooming, hygiene, bathing, dressing, transfers, meals, and other daily activities
• ensure medications are received on time
• record care and changes in resident condition
• conduct shift safety checks and communicate status to the next shift
• report incidents and changes to nursing
• support infection control and a clean, safe environment
• assist with household tasks and meal preparation.
