Accounting Assistant

What you'll do

• Enter and code financial data in Ramp
• assist with accounts payable and receivable
• process employee expenses and company card transactions
• allocate expenses to jobs and cost codes
• maintain job-cost records
• coordinate with operations through AccuLynx
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• organize financial records
• assist with month-end close and basic journal entries
• provide administrative support to accounting.
