Health Systems Director — Ohio Territory

The Health Systems Director — Ohio Territory role is based in Cleveland, OH, with the ideal candidate living within 30 miles of Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, or Pittsburgh. Compensation is $180,000–$220,000 per year, with eligibility for short- and long-term bonuses. The director supports Sobi’s rare disease products and its mission to improve the lives of people living with rare diseases. The role exists to develop sales and access strategies for assigned regions and health systems, helping patients access therapies in hospitals and other care settings. It builds relationships with health system decision-makers, coordinates cross-functional teams, and develops account plans to advance product access and meet assigned objectives.

What you'll do

• Coordinate Sobi teams engaging health system stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, P&T committees, pharmacy directors, and external experts
• share on-label scientific information
• build relationships with decision-makers and provide product and disease information to support care protocols
• nurture advocacy for patient protocols consistent with product labeling
• deliver assigned objectives and navigate products through influential pathways
• engage thought leaders and support clinical in-services and educational programs
• develop and execute business and account plans with cross-functional teams.

Why this role

Requires a four-year college degree or relevant experience and 8–12 years of field sales experience, including 3–5 years of complex institutional experience in rare disease, specialty pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
