What you'll do

• Greet and assist patients and visitors
• maintain sign-in and appointment lists
• provide and review check-in paperwork
• verify and enter demographic, insurance, referral, and authorization information
• collect and record co-pays and balances
• balance and deposit daily collections
• process no-shows, cancellations, and reschedules
• schedule return appointments
• assist with billing and benefits verification
• scan patient documents
• provide coverage at satellite locations as needed.
