What you'll do

• Prepare quotes and process orders
• coordinate with vendors and purchasing
• advise walk-in customers on window and door materials, styles, and performance options
• maintain quote and order pipelines in BisTrack
• build relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners
• stay current on product trends and building codes
• maintain showroom displays
• support outside sales representatives
• resolve customer concerns.
