What you'll do

• Manage daily housekeeping and laundry operations across guest accommodations
• maintain cleaning standards and SOPs
• coordinate room turnaround and deep-cleaning schedules
• recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and supervise staff
• coach employees and lead meetings
• oversee laundry quality and linen inventory
• manage supplies and ordering
• address housekeeping-related guest concerns
• track KPIs and department budget
• plan staffing for occupancy and seasonal demand.
