What you'll do

• Lead and direct the property team
• foster an inclusive workplace and implement employee training and development
• oversee leasing and service operations, retention, community appearance, and customer service
• increase and maintain occupancy and maximize rent potential of vacant units
• manage operations within the approved annual budget
• conduct market surveys
• coach and manage on-site employee performance and approve schedules and timecards
• ensure compliance with operational policies
• coordinate vendors and capital improvement projects
• verify and submit invoices, collect and post rents, manage site data, and facilitate eviction processes
• plan resident activities and events
• respond to tenant complaints and emergencies
• ensure work orders are processed promptly
• conduct unit inspections and maintain curb appeal.
