Field Support Technician

Job overview

The seasonal Field Support Technician role is onsite in Chapel Hill, NC, with pay of $17 per hour. Jackson Hewitt’s field support work helps prepare kiosks in local retail stores. The role supports kiosk readiness and location appearance by setting up and breaking down furniture, computers, technology, and components, completing basic maintenance and cleaning, and meeting deadlines for brand and marketing standards.

What you'll do

• Set up and tear down kiosk furniture, computers, technology, and components using hand tools
• help meet deadlines for office appearance standards
• assist with cleaning and maintaining locations
• perform other assigned duties
• move equipment and materials, including lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 55 pounds.
