Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite in Dandridge, TN, and surrounding areas, providing care in clients’ homes. Pay starts at $15 per hour and increases to $16 per hour after 200 hours worked; short shifts and call-in shifts may offer differential pay up to $19 per hour. Right at Home supports seniors and others who need assistance to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The caregiver provides individualized personal assistance, daily living support, and companionship according to each client’s care plan. The role also involves observing and reporting changes in client well-being and completing care documentation to support consistent service.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• offer medication reminders, meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping as needed
• provide companionship and approved activities
• observe and report changes in client condition
• complete required care documentation
• assist with transportation when applicable.

Why this role

Flexible scheduling; paid travel time between clients and mileage reimbursement for qualifying shifts; occasional overtime opportunities. A valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, reliable transportation when driving is required, high school diploma or GED, and background and drug screening are required. CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is preferred but not required.
