Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances
• inspect property and units for maintenance and safety issues
• respond to resident requests
• document maintenance and inventory
• perform preventive maintenance
• prepare vacant units for residents
• maintain common areas and grounds
• coordinate work with property management, vendors, and contractors
• participate in on-call emergency rotation.
