What you'll do

• Install composite deck boards, railings, and trim
• handle and organize materials safely
• measure and mark deck layouts
• cut materials and assemble decking systems according to plans
• follow safety protocols, building codes, and company guidelines
• troubleshoot installation issues
• maintain and repair existing composite decks as needed
• coordinate with subcontractors, project managers, and clients
• keep the work area clean and safe
• use apps and online tools to communicate, manage schedules, and track progress.
