What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support medical appointments
• maintain a clean and safe living environment
• engage clients in social activities and community outings
• use mobility equipment appropriately
• document activities and incidents
• maintain confidentiality
• implement individualized care plans.
