What you'll do

• Conduct intakes and clinical assessments
• formulate diagnoses using DSM criteria
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, family, and group therapy, psychoeducation, and skill-building
• conduct crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation
• respond to hotline calls as needed
• participate in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule
• maintain clinical documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
