What you'll do

• Oversee intake, pre-litigation, litigation, and marketing operations
• improve workflows, SOPs, and quality controls
• monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
• lead training and performance management for non-attorney staff
• collaborate on budgeting and forecasting
• oversee case management systems and data integrity
• improve client communication
• partner with firm principals on strategy, growth, and business development.
