Maintenance Technician — Residential Property

The Maintenance Technician works onsite at the New Bridge Crossing community in River Edge, NJ. Compensation is $23–$26.75 per hour. The technician completes repairs, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and work orders to maintain property quality and prepare apartments for residents. What you'll do

• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical systems
• perform preventative maintenance and inspections of buildings and alarm systems
• restore vacated apartments for new residents
• remove snow, ice, leaves, trash, and debris
• complete janitorial tasks and clean common areas
• respond to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays
• assist with other properties as needed and travel up to 10–20%.
