What you'll do

• Keep current with federal and state regulations and professional standards
• assist with comprehensive resident care plans
• coordinate, manage, and monitor written plans of care
• monitor resident status changes
• ensure MDS and supporting documentation are accurate and meet regulatory and auditor requirements
• audit documentation
• assist nursing management with discharges
• complete forms and reports
• maintain infection-control, safety, and confidentiality practices.
