What you'll do

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage
• communicate with customers throughout the process
• estimate labor, parts, and repainting costs
• review estimates with shop leadership
• evaluate repair versus replacement
• prepare insurance forms and recommendations.
