What you'll do

• Monitor production quality and communicate results to plant and quality leadership
• manage QA Lab Technicians
• address customer complaints, root causes, corrective actions, and audits
• oversee quality systems for ISO 9001-2015 and cGMP
• certify applicable GSA products
• enter supplier complaints
• control finishing specifications
• oversee lab equipment calibration, supplies, meetings, and safety
• develop quality and cost-improvement proposals.

Why this role
