What you'll do

• Conduct resident wellness checks and assessments
• review medical reports
• oversee medication orders and schedules, records, and audits
• communicate with residents, families, and physicians
• coordinate health services
• monitor changes in condition and infection control
• maintain care files
• support staff training
• and assist with resident care as needed. The posting includes on-call duties for staffing and scheduling and emergency coverage.

Why this role

Part-time schedule: Thursday and Friday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM. Full-time schedule alternates between Sunday, Thursday, and Friday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM in week one and Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM in week two.
