Assembler – Precision Finishing Team

The Assembler – Precision Finishing Team role is onsite in Clackamas, OR, on a Monday–Friday swing shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The position supports Astronics PECO’s aerospace production and precision finishing work. The assembler prepares, finishes, and inspects parts to meet specifications, including cleaning and masking parts before paint operations and applying touch-up paint. Accurate workmanship, MRP tracking, and adherence to quality and safety standards help maintain finished-product quality.

What you'll do

• Read blueprints, drawings, and production procedures
• calibrate parts
• seal joints and seams with adhesives
• clean, mask, and unmask parts before and after paint operations
• apply touch-up paint
• inspect finished products and rework as needed
• track work in MRP
• follow safety and quality standards.
