What you'll do

• Serve as daily operational liaison for assigned clients
• lead weekly operational reviews, monthly performance updates, and quarterly business reviews
• track SLAs and KPIs with the Service Delivery Manager and Service Desk Leadership
• maintain client runbooks, knowledge documentation, and escalation procedures
• support service transitions and onboarding
• coordinate communications during major incidents
• contribute to root cause analysis and improvement actions
• review monthly charges and invoices, investigate variances, and provide input on service-fee changes.
