What you'll do

• Monitor grant expenditures for compliance
• maintain project budgets and adjustments
• prepare reimbursement requests, billings, journal entries, and interim and final closeout reports
• maintain grant expenditure schedules and accounts-receivable reconciliations
• review financial reports
• monitor outstanding billings
• prepare internal financial information
• and gather documentation for monitoring and audits.
