What you'll do

• Plan and oversee menus for patient meals, cafeteria service, room service, and catering
• maintain food preparation, presentation, portioning, and service standards
• supervise and train culinary staff
• monitor food safety and sanitation under HACCP and regulatory standards
• oversee kitchen equipment, maintenance, and cleanliness
• manage food and non-food inventory
• support food and labor budget management
• maintain production sheets and forecasting tools
• ensure standardized recipes and production systems
• assist with specialty menus and events
• collaborate with leadership on organizational goals and patient satisfaction.

Why this role
