What you'll do

• Lead land acquisition, negotiations, title research, and property due diligence
• manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• review title reports, appraisals, and land surveys
• manage client relationships
• support contracts, proposals, and business development
• participate in public meetings
• ensure safety and project compliance
• travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
