What you'll do

• Documenting patient encounters in structured notes, including history of present illness, assessment, plan, and physical exam.
• Assigning appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Preparing After Visit Summaries.
• Consulting with providers to ensure accurate documentation.
• Requesting and reviewing medical records.
• Supporting daily huddles and clinical documentation reviews.
• Placing orders and referrals.
