Campus Crisis Support Staff

The Campus Crisis Support Staff role is onsite in Yonkers, NY, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour. Andrus Children’s Center supports children in day and residential programs by maintaining a safe, predictable, and therapeutic campus environment. Staff provide supervision, instruction, counseling, and proactive support during program activities, assist with transitions, respond to crises, and follow safety plans and program routines to support children’s well-being.

What you'll do

• Respond to crises and unplanned situations
• provide continuous supervision and positive engagement
• follow agency standards for Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and restraints
• adhere to school and residential routines
• participate in safety-plan discussions and follow-through
• complete paperwork and critical incident reports
• attend required meetings, training, and supervision
• use Sanctuary tools and commitments.
