The Warehouse & Inventory Control Lead role is onsite in Temecula, CA, primarily at Frontline Wildfire Defense’s storage facility, Monday through Friday, with occasional local delivery runs to Southern California job sites. Compensation is $28.85–$38.47 per hour. The facility supplies installation crews working on Frontline’s wildfire defense systems. The role owns day-to-day facility operations, inventory accuracy, material staging, and local deliveries in coordination with the Supply Chain team. By keeping materials organized, tracked, and available, the lead helps installation crews stay supplied and ready to deploy.

What you'll do

• Receive, log, track, and count inventory
• reconcile stock and flag discrepancies, damaged goods, and low-stock items. Verify inbound shipments against purchase orders, prepare and document outbound material kits, maintain a clean and safe facility, track tools and equipment, identify workflow improvements, support the planned facility transition, make local deliveries as needed, communicate material availability to field teams, and maintain inventory records and status updates.
