What you'll do

• Answer incoming client calls
• identify client needs and provide information using approved resources and procedures
• assist with questions about laboratory services, specimen collection, orders, and accounts
• enter and update client, patient, order, and service information
• document interactions and follow-up
• escalate issues as appropriate
• protect confidential information
• complete assigned administrative work.
