What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals using standardized recipes, portion controls, and dietary guidelines
• monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely
• follow food-safety and sanitation standards
• assist with receiving, labeling, and storing supplies using FIFO methods
• coordinate meal production with kitchen staff and supervisors
• maintain a clean, organized work area
• respond to routine kitchen challenges.
