The role exists to manage the branch’s operational and financial performance while overseeing pharmacy services, patient care, inventory, compounding, dispensing, and delivery coordination. It supports safe, compliant home infusion care and the branch’s business objectives through staff leadership, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer service.

What you'll do

• Manage branch operational and financial performance, budget and profit-and-loss activities
• hire, coach, evaluate, and direct staff
• oversee purchasing, inventory, patient care, prescription preparation, compounding, dispensing, equipment, and supply delivery
• coordinate intake, admissions, care planning, clinical monitoring, and discharge planning
• ensure regulatory, licensure, and accreditation compliance
• implement quality improvement and clinical programs
• support sales planning, reimbursement questions, customer concerns, and accreditation preparation
• perform pharmacist duties as needed.
