What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and lead office staff and caregivers
• oversee accountability across scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, client care, sales, and administration
• improve processes and resolve operational issues
• coach and develop team members
• grow revenue and billable service hours
• develop client and referral relationships
• monitor client satisfaction and caregiver capacity
• review operating metrics and implement action plans
• support compliance, documentation, and confidentiality.
