What you'll do

• Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders
• maintain purchase order data in the ERP system
• coordinate with assigned departments
• work with accounting to resolve discrepancies
• report supplier and customer issues
• support timely processing with the Procurement Manager
• communicate with vendors to resolve issues
• obtain documentation confirming delivery.
