Fitness Coach

The Fitness Coach role is onsite in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Starting pay is $16 per class; compensation may include a performance-based share of class revenue after three months of scheduled coaching. [solidcore] coaches lead signature 50-minute, low-impact, full-body classes. The coach guides clients through resistance-based workouts, teaching machine use and adapting support to different skill levels. The role helps clients pursue their fitness goals while building an inclusive, motivating studio community; comprehensive paid training is provided, and prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required.

What you'll do

• Lead signature 50-minute, full-body, low-impact classes
• educate clients on resistance-based machines
• provide support and motivation to clients with differing skill levels
• participate in team meetings and events
• learn techniques and best practices
• build relationships with clients and the fitness community
• help create a welcoming and inclusive fitness space.
