Donation Door Attendant

The Donation Door Attendant role is an onsite, part-time position in Cape Coral, FL, paying $15 per hour. Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is a mission-driven nonprofit working to create opportunities and change lives across Southwest Florida. This role supports the donation and store operations by welcoming donors, receiving and sorting donated goods, and maintaining a clean, safe donation area. Accurate processing and courteous service help move donations through established procedures and support the organization’s aftermarket operations.

What you'll do

• Greet donors and customers
• unload and record donations and provide receipts
• assess items using established guidelines
• sort and label donations and materials
• maintain clean donation areas
• safely load and unload storage trailers
• follow safety procedures and use required PPE
• complete training and other assigned store duties.
