What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in hot tubs and spas
• perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing
• explain repairs and recommended services
• maintain service logs
• respond to emergency repair requests as needed, including after-hours and weekend calls during freezing weather
• keep the service vehicle and work area organized.
