What you'll do

• Manage residential loan files from application through closing
• obtain missing information and resolve documentation issues
• prepare loan disclosures
• order and review credit reports, flood determinations, appraisals, title, and insurance documents
• evaluate borrower credit, income, assets, liabilities, collateral, and repayment ability
• document underwriting rationale and recommend decisions within assigned authority
• ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• coordinate satisfaction of approval conditions.
