What you'll do

• Direct overall facility operations in accordance with resident needs, regulations, and company policies
• plan operations and set priorities with facility management and consultants
• monitor departments, resident needs, facility appearance, and staff morale
• ensure regulatory and quality-assurance compliance
• manage staffing, recruitment, orientation, training, and retention
• oversee budgets and business-office practices
• develop and implement facility marketing
• build relationships with regulators, families, healthcare partners, and the community.
