What you'll do

• Answer phones, direct visitors, greet buyers, register new home buyers, process mail and packages, conduct Design Gallery tours, explain design options, and schedule buyer appointments.
• Assist with reselections and change orders, support Design Consultants, open models, maintain model and common-area presentation, report property issues, coordinate event RSVPs and food, manage supplies and community reports, maintain the UP system and calendar, audit websites and interactive screens, and organize plans and office materials.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of administrative support, customer service, sales support, or related experience and a valid driver’s license. English-Spanish bilingual ability and knowledge of interior finishes or homebuilding are preferred.
