What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter
• verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials
• and document patrols, observations, incidents, and unusual activity for site contacts and company leadership.
