Commercial Electrical Project Manager

The Commercial Electrical Project Manager role is onsite in Spindale, NC. Compensation is $90,000–$140,000 per year. Fountain Services delivers electrical construction projects for commercial and industrial clients across North and South Carolina. The role leads commercial electrical construction projects from estimating handoff through closeout, coordinating field operations, project finances, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver work safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations.

What you'll do

• Lead commercial electrical construction projects through all phases
• monitor schedules, budgets, productivity, and profitability
• coordinate purchasing, subcontractors, materials, and field leadership
• review contract documents and drawings
• manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project records
• conduct jobsite visits and meetings
• ensure quality and safety requirements
• identify risks and implement solutions.
