The role exists to improve onboarding and account setup through process analysis, requirements work, and scalable solutions. It contributes to operational resilience and middle- and back-office innovation by coordinating initiatives, strengthening controls, and improving integration and servicing for Markets clients.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned initiatives, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues
• partner with Risk on processing risk and controls
• collaborate with Technology, Client Success, Operations, and Risk
• map and analyze processes
• elicit and document requirements
• define and track KPIs and KRIs
• manage project plans and milestones
• coordinate stakeholders
• resolve risks and issues
• maintain and prioritize the Jira backlog
• document test plans and oversee UAT and BUAT completion
• support strategic initiatives
• apply reference data product knowledge
• communicate status to senior management and stakeholders.
