What you'll do

• Provide direct psychiatric care to patients in the Crisis Stabilization/EMPATH Unit.
• Participate in collaborative care with Emergency Department teams, medical and surgical specialties, and social services.
• Engage in consultation-liaison psychiatry as needed, including floor consults.
• Supervise and teach psychiatry residents, medical students, and other trainees.
• Contribute to quality improvement, innovation, and development of best practices in emergency psychiatric care.
