What you'll do

• Provide individual and group counseling
• make referrals and liaise with external mental health centers
• provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning
• train residence life staff and student groups
• facilitate psychoeducational programming and support groups
• consult with faculty and staff
• provide rotating crisis coverage and serve in the Administrator on Call rotation
• supervise Counseling Center personnel
• maintain confidential case records.
