Aquatics Experience Lead

The Aquatics Experience Lead role is onsite in Omaha, NE. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The role supports Diventures’ aquatics programming and its focus on safe, positive experiences for customers and families. The lead provides day-to-day supervision of aquatic programming, schedules swim teachers, deck managers, and lifeguards, and serves as a primary contact for families. The role helps organize safe, welcoming participation and supports enrollment, retention, and team readiness.

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships through service
• greet families and direct them to swim teachers and stations
• introduce customers to offerings through store tours and trial lessons
• follow up with leads and absent students
• supervise aquatic programming
• schedule swim teachers, deck managers, and lifeguards
• partner with managers on pool and classroom utilization
• ensure participation paperwork is complete
• step in as Deck Manager or Swim Teacher when needed
• train new team members
• maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
