What you'll do

• Orchestrate multiple AI coding agents across concurrent work streams
• translate product intent into specifications and agent-executable plans
• review code, run quality assurance, land pull requests, and verify production health
• design scalable systems across the e-commerce stack
• improve AI-generated code quality and security
• build internal AI tooling
• drive test coverage, monitor deployments, and respond to incidents
• partner cross-functionally and mentor engineers on AI-native workflows.
